SAHI organized a free medical camp on 20th Feb 2010 in collaboration with Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam, Yadagirigutta, Nalgonda (Dist). Surgery patients were given necessary instructions to reach Apollo Health City after completion of surgical profile tests.

Old Srikakulam, Srikakulam Dist.

SAHI organized a free medical camp in collaboration with Dr. Cap’s Memorial Society and Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA) on 7th Mar 2010 at Old Srikakulam. Camp was screened by a team of ENT surgeons from Susruta ENT and Laser Center - Visakhapatnam, ENT surgeons from RIMS - Srikakulam and SAHI medical team. Surgeries are to be done at Susruta center in a phase wise manner by Dr. S.K.E Appa Rao & coordinated by Dr. Caps Memorial Society and RIMS.

Vivekananda Public School, Journalist Colony, Banjara Hills

SAHI conducted a free medical camp on 3rd Apr 10 at Vivekananda Public School, Journalist Colony, Banjara Hills with the requisition made by Dr. Sunita Reddy & Bala Bandhu organisation. Medical team comprising one doctor and two audiologists attended the camp. At the end of the screening all the teachers were given lecture on awareness and prevention of hearing loss by Dr. Y. Vinay and Mr. Srikanth, audiologist.

WALKATHON on 26th Sep 2010, International Deaf Day from KBR Park to Apollo Hospitals,

SAHI organized a WALKATHON at 7 am on 26th Sep 2010, International Deaf Day from KBR Park to Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Sri A.K Khan and Mrs. Christine Lazarus, M.L.A welcomed the gathering. Sri A.K Khan spoke about the hearing problems arising due to high decibel sounds and requested the gathering to reduce honking on the roads while driving. Mrs. Christine Lazarus, M.L.A requested the participants to show more empathy towards the hearing impaired. The Walkathon was flagged off by Smt. Jayasudha, M.L.A , Secunderabad. All the concerned citizens and hearing impaired children who participated in the walkathon were given T-shirts & Caps

At the culmination of the walk there was a small program arranged at Apollo Hospital where Sri. Jannath Hussain, Chief Information Commissioner, attended as Chief Guest. Ms. Sangeeta Reddy, Executive Director of Apollo Hospital thanked Dr. EC Vinayakumar, Secretary & all the members of SAHI with a standing ovation. Later Sri. Jannath Hussain and Mr. A.K Khan gave away prizes to the prize winners in the painting competition held on the prior day. A total of 108 children from various schools in the city participated in the competition. After prize distribution there was a cultural program by cochlear implantee children. The whole program was anchored by Ms. Jhansi.

SAHI participated in a free Mega Medical Camp on 10th Oct 2010 at Z.P.H School, Mudhwin (V), Aamangal (M), Mahabubnagar dist., in collaboration with Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Shivam, Prashanthnagar, Hyderabad.

Our Medical team conducted free screening camp on 26th Dec 2010, at Shantinagar, Waddepally (M), Mahabubnagar dist. in collaboration with CHORUS charitable organization, Hyderabad. Hearing aids were sponsored by Mr. G. Ravindra and Mrs. G. Jyostna. Medical team comprising two doctor and four audiologists attended the camp. Surgery patients were given necessary instructions to reach Apollo Health City after completion of surgical profile tests.
